Our website takes every customer seriously, so your satisfaction is our long-term pursuit and upmost concern. Please open the parcel in the presence of courier when your parcel arrives and double check and make sure that the wig is what you ordered from us and all the information match. In order to make sure if the WIG fits on you well, please put it on as soon as possible without removing the tags, altering, or washing the wig.
In order to settle each dispute much easier and faster, please provide some pictures which are real and accurate to prove that it is our fault to make the mistake if you would like a refund, partial refund or return. Please be noted that no return or refund is acceptable without getting our permission, we will give you a corresponding answer when your problem has been verified and confirmed.
GENERAL RETURN POLICIES
Contact our Customer Service to state your problem within 7 days upon receiving your item(s). And all items should be returned within 30 days of receipt. Due to the fact that all wigs here are custom made, we have no in stock when you place the order, we need to produce the wig as the size, the colour and the hairstyle as you ordered, so we are so sorry to say that we only accept problems in quality as returning. Thanks for your understanding.
1: The ordered is canceled within 24 hours: In this situation, please contact us first to tell us that you want to cancel the order, then we will return the full money back to you.
2: If the ordered is canceled after 24 hours, sorry to say that we will charge 50% of the cost of the wig as the material fee for we have began the producing.
3: If the return reasons are caused by you after the wig was finished producing, we are sorry to say that we will also charge 50% of the cost of the wig as the material fee which we had paid to the factory.
4: If the return reasons are caused by you after you receive the wig, sorry to say that you need to pay 50% of the cost of the wig and the postage for both sides.
4: If the return reasons are caused by us, we will do compensations for you or return the money back to you, depend on what you like.
PLEASE NOTICE WHAT MUST BE INCLUDED WITH YOUR PACKAGE.
1: Mis-shipped products: Once we have confirmed your mis-shipped items (item shipped was not item ordered).
2: Color Errors: If the color of the item received is not what was ordered, you are qualified to get a full refund.But you need to send us some pictures to state your problems first. Thanks for your cooperation.
We will not accept any returned items by the color difference which is caused by your display monitor or the weather condition.
We understand that it is a very important undertaking to order a wig for your needs, and our cancellation policy was created with bearing this in mind. However, it is important to note that our wigs are made to order, and once the tailoring process has begun the materials cannot be reused. The good news is that after placing your order, there is still time for you to change your mind. For further details, please refer to our cancellation policy below.

RETURNING FOR REPLACEMENT OR REFUND
Your satisfaction is of utmost importance to our Team. Upon the arrival of your package, it is suggested that you check and make sure the wig has been made in accordance with your order specifications. Please try on your wig as soon as possible without altering, removing the tags, or washing the wigs. If you are returning or exchanging wigs or accessories, please make sure they are in their original conditions - unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, clean, free of lint and hair and with tags intact and attached.
The settings of your computer screen may alter the color of the pictures shown on our website. Slight color aberration of your wig and the color shown on screen may not mean that the wig is defective or mis-shipped. However, if you are positive that you have received the item in a wrong color, please contact Customer Service to see if a return or refund is possible.
1: Submit a return request at Contact Us to Customer Service within 7 days upon receiving your order. Please attach an explanation and photographs stating the reason for your return.Please note that returns will not be accepted without prior approval from our Customer Service.
2: Once our Customer Service has approved your request, we will provide you with return address as well as a Product Return Form that must be filled in and your return is included. Please send the item(s) through your local post office as soon as possible. And we suggest you to send with Royalmail.
3: Once received at our facility, your return will be processed in within 12 hours. Once your return is confirmed and inspected, please allow up to two billing cycles for it to be credited to your account.
Please note that items returned in unacceptable condition will not be processed as refunds and will be shipped back to you. All tems should be returned within 30 days of receipt.All PayPal payment can only refunded by PayPal, all Credit Card payment will only be refunded to the original Credit Card.
